I like that it is spacious enough compare to typical hotels in Japan. Kitchenette and laundry facilities are good. I love the separate toilet and bathroom as well. Location is good just a few meters away from Hakata Station. There is a nearby park, a 24H supermarket, convenience stores.

Quite fast to get access to the unit. Didn't meet anyone. Doing virtual call at the entrance to get entry passcode, but not sharing host video. Entry of all information at the entrance tablet a bit cumbersome, would be better to allow entry in advance through web. Unit is self contained with washing machine and large fridge which are very useful when staying a few days. Room spacious enough for 4 people, even enough space for a 5th in bunk bed.

Great for a quick stay with a large group. Clean, convenient and good location - walkable from Hakata station.

Automated check in is nice, but inputting all of the guest information takes time. Location is great.
